We usually collect personal information (which may include sensitive information) from you or your authorised representative in the conduct of our business.  We may also collect personal information:

• from a third party or a publicly available source;
• through our websites and social networking services such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

We use this information in the conduct of our business including to help us improve the products and services we supply, and to receive feedback from the people we do business with.

Disclosure

We may disclose personal information to:

• companies that are related to FPH;
• service providers (like insurers, financiers, credit reporting agencies, and those that host our webservers, manage our IT and manage our human resources information).

We don’t disclose sensitive information about you unless you agree, or would reasonably expect us to.

Generally, we only disclose personal information overseas so that we can properly conduct our business.  Personal information held on cloud based information technology platforms we use may be stored overseas.

Accessing and correcting your personal information

If you ask, in most cases we must give you access to the personal information that we hold about you, and take reasonable steps to correct it if we consider it is incorrect. We will try to make the process as simple as possible.
